Dear clients,

To mitigate the impact of the COVID 19 outbreak we at T ROOS ACCOUNTANTS have introduced the following measures to ensure we provide the same quality of services to our clients before and during the lockdown period:

  1. Clients are welcome to visit our offices till close of business on Thursday the 26th of March 2020.
  2. Face to face meetings with clients will be possible up to Thursday the 26th of March 2020, thereafter only telecom or skype meetings will be available.
  3. For clients located in the Bloemfontein area we have made our messenger available to collect documents from your home and businesses if you do not feel comfortable in delivering the documents to our offices. This service will only be available till Thursday the 26th of March 2020.
  4. Alternatively documents can be sent to us via e-mail or Dropbox (file sharing software).
  5. All our staff will work from home during the lockdown period, their mobile phone numbers will be made available to clients on request. Please contact our offices to obtain said numbers. Clients will also be able to reach staff members via e-mail.

Om die impak van die COVID 19-uitbreking te versag, het ons by T ROOS REKENINGKUNDIGES die volgende maatreëls ingestel om te verseker dat ons dieselfde kwaliteit dienste lewer voor en gedurende die isolasie tydperk:

  1. Kliënte is welkom om ons kantore tot Donderdag 26 Maart 2020 te besoek.
  2. Van aangesig tot aangesig vergaderings met kliënte sal moontlik tot Donderdag 26 Maart 2020 plaasvind, daarna is slegs telekommunikasie- of skype-vergaderings beskikbaar.
  3. Vir kliënte in die Bloemfontein-omgewing het ons ons boodskapper beskikbaar gestel om dokumente by u huis en besighede in te samel as u nie gemaklik voel om die dokumente by ons kantore af te lewer nie. Hierdie diens is slegs beskikbaar tot Donderdag 26 Maart 2020.
  4. Alternatiewelik kan dokumente per e-pos of Dropbox (sagteware vir die deel van lêers) aan ons gestuur word.
  5. Al ons personeel sal tuis werk gedurende die isolasie tydperk, en hul selfoonnommers sal op versoek aan kliënte beskikbaar gestel word. Kontak ons ​​kantore om genoemde nommers te verkry. Kliënte kan ook personeellede per e-pos bereik.
